I appreciated excellent location and staff. The rooms were with good space. Courteous personnel was in customer service. Lots of different restaurants and great restaurants to eat outside the hotel.

The personnel was always lovely, quick check-in, plus the service was terrific. I got free upgrade and loved it. It was cosy, and the bed was big. Absolutely perfect location to 9 11 memorial.

Workers were very attentive, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown. We enjoyed the English breakfast - totally fantastic.
